This project build and deployed analytic models to address internal caseload assurance issues for the Student Visa co-hort based on internal intelligence gathering activities and risk management.
Managed the delivery of new advanced analytics capability for the Visa Risk Assessment Program including establishing the governance, business processes, technology and data science practices to support the program. Lead multidisciplinary agile teams across technology and business functions to deliver an iterative approach to delivery for the new capability. Tracked progress and key millstones for all aspects of service delivery and communicated performance to stakeholders ensuring successful transition to BAU.
Engaged in discovery activities to identify drivers for change for the Implementation of the National Gambling Regulator (NGR). Undertook design activities to establish the change program for delivering on ICT strategy and business operating models in support of the Gambling Reform agenda for the Federal Government.
Responsible for the management of a large implementation program to deliver a new Visa class for Maritime Crew (MCV) including business capability and supporting ICT systems. Provided expertise in the area of implementing large scale high-traffic websites including high volume transactional processing systems. Championed the architectural design as part of the implementation to ensure alignment with current architectural standards and patterns of the existing Departmental systems.
